2. Eligibility Requirements To protect our business while ensuring your child’s success, the following conditions apply:

Age Requirement: This guarantee is optimized for children aged 5 and up. While younger children may use the system, night-time dryness is a biological milestone that typically stabilizes after age 5.

Consistency: The system must be used every night as directed for the 60 day period to allow for behavioral conditioning.

Timeframe: Refund requests must be initiated between day 60 and day 75 following the delivery of your order.
3. The "Hassle-Free" Return Process: Because our smart sensors are sanitary products, we do not require you to ship the used unit back to us. This saves you the cost of return shipping and protects the environment from unnecessary transit.
