At LyleCare, we are dedicated to providing American families with the most advanced potty training technology. To maintain our high quality-control standards and offer the best possible value, our Smart Sensor Systems ship directly from our specialized electronics facility to your doorstep.
1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing & Timeline

Processing Time: Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to prepare your Smart Sensor System for shipment.

Shipping Time: Once fulfilled, the estimated delivery time to the USA is 7–11 business days (Average delivery time: 8 days). During peak seasons, delivery may take up to 12 business days

3. The LyleCare Delivery Guarantee In accordance with U.S. import regulations, packages arriving from international transit hubs are fully processed by our logistics partners. In the extremely rare event that a local administrative delivery fee or clearance duty is requested upon delivery, LyleCare covers it completely. Simply pay the fee, email a photo of your receipt to support@lylecare.com, and we will issue a 100% reimbursement to your original payment method within 48 hours.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on our website or via the carrier’s portal.
